摘要
目的了解德国小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遗传方式。方法选取德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性品系60只为材料,通过生物测定方法和一系列杂交、回交和自交试验,测定德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂的抗性遗传方式。结果杂交品系RS、SR的抗性倍数分别为2.356和2.429,抗性显性度D值分别为0.236和0.279,均介于0~1;回交(RSxss)后代BC和自交(Rs×RS)后代疋的∑,分别为12.3378和37.6869,均〉意0,(11.07)。结论德国小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遗传方式为常染色体不完全显性遗传,并且抗性是由多基因控制。
Objective To examine genetic resistance to cypermethrin in BlatteUa germanica. Methods Sixty anti- cypermethrin resistant strains of Blattella germanica resistant to cypermethrin were included in the study. Biological deter- mination method and a series of cross, backcross and self-bred assays were adopted to test the inheritance of the resistance in the Blattella germanica. Results The resistance indexes of hybrid strain of resistant PX sensitive ( RS ), sensitive X re- sistant(SR) were 2. 356 and 2. 429, with the dominance resistance D values of 0. 236 and 0. 279, both within the range of 0 -1. The backcross( RS × SS )offspring and inbred( RS x RS )offspring F2 tests showed that the ∑X2 were 12. 3378 and 37. 6869 and all were greater than X2 0.05 ( 11.07 ). Conclusion Blattella germanica resistance to cypermethrin is autoso- mal incomplete dominant inheritance, and the resistance is controlled by polygenic multiple sites.
