摘要
建立了一种以离子色谱法测定水产品中测定氟离子含量的方法。采用AS15阴离子柱分离,电导检测,氟离子线性范围为0.1 mg/kg^5 mg/kg,相关系数为0.999 9。在不同添加水平下,方法的回收率为89.8%~93.8%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~5.4%。因此,该方法可以很好地应用于水产品中氟离子的定量分析。
A method was developed for the determination of fluorinion in aquatic products by ion chromatography. The analyte is separated in the anion exchange column AS15 and detected with the conductivity detector. The linear range of the calibration curve for fluorinion was 0.1 mg/kg-5 mg/kg with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. At the different addictive levels , the recoveries were in the range of 89.8%-93.8%, with the relative standard deviations ranging from 2.1%to 5.4%. The method was successfully applied to the quantitative determination of fluorinion in aquatic products.
