摘要
针对高温恶劣的工业生产环境,阐述了一种基于CC2530的片上温度测量解决方案,设计了以K型热电偶和模数转换芯片MAX6675为温度采样模块的无线温度传感网络。将ZigBee技术应用到分布式温度测量,硬件上以CC2530芯片为核心,克服了有线网络的局限性,测温精度较高。实验结果表明,系统运行实时、稳定、精确,测温误差保持在2℃以内,满足实际工业现场需求。
For the harsh industrial environments with high temperature,this paper describes a solution which is based on the CC2530 chip to measure the temperature and designs a wireless temperature sensor network with temperature sampling module which is consisted of K-type thermocouple and analog-digital conversion chip MAX6675. The system using CC2530 chip as the hardware core applies ZigBee wireless transmission technology to the distributed temperature measurement. This wireless temperature sensor system overcomes the limitations of wired sensor networks and achieves a high accuracy in temperature measurement. Experimental results show that the system can operate in real time,stable and accurate. The error remains within 2℃ in temperature,meeting the industrial demands.
