摘要
介绍225/65R17 102H轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径723mm,断面宽236mm,行驶面宽度176mm,行驶面弧度高9mm,胎圈着合直径435.5mm,胎圈着合宽度185mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.00,花纹深度8.2mm,花纹饱和度72.3%,花纹周节数76。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2-100DSP聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层3×0.30HT钢丝帘布,冠带层采用1层930dtex/2-94改性锦纶浸胶帘布,采用两次法成型机成型、B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、胎圈阻力性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能、低气压性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。
The design of 225/65R17 102H passenger car radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 723 mm, cross-sectional width 236 mm,width of running surface 176 mm,arc height of running surface 9 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 435.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 185 ram,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/Hz) 1.00,pattern depth 8.2 mm,block/total ratio 72.3%,and total number of pitches 76. In the construction design,the following processes were taken, three-formula and four-pieces tread, 2 layers of ll00dtex/2-100 DSP dipped polyester cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 3 × 0.30HT steel cord for belt,1 layer of 930dtex/2-94 modified nylon 66 cord for cap ply,and using two-step building machine to build tires and B model press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance and bead unseating resistance met the require- ments in the design and national standard, and the endurance performance, low air pressure and high speed perfor-mance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
