妊娠期糖尿病不同治疗时机对母婴预后的影响效果分析 被引量:11

Analysis on effects of different treatment opportunities of gestational diabetes mellitus on maternal and infantile prognosis

摘要 目的:对比接受不同治疗时机的妊娠期糖尿病患者对母婴预后的影响。方法:选择该院60例妊娠期糖尿病患者,其中32周前确诊即开始治疗的共30例为A组,在32周后确诊治疗的30例为B组。给予两组患者相同的治疗手段,比较两组妊娠期糖尿病患者在接受不同治疗时机后并发症发生率及胎儿状况等。结果:A组的并发症发生率(13.33%)明显低于B组的(43.33%);A组胎儿身体畸形(3.33%)、早产儿(3.33%)和死胎率(6.67%)均明显低于B组胎儿身体畸形(30.00%)、早产儿(40.00%)、和死胎率(34.00%),有统计学上差异(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者应该尽早接受治疗,能够保证自身和胎儿的安全和健康。 Objective: To compare the effects of different treatment opportunities of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on maternal and infantile prognosis. Methods: Sixty patients with GDM were selected and divided into group A and group B, 30 patients in group A were treated immediately after definite diagnosis before 32 gcstational week, while 30 patients in group B were treated immediately after defi- nite diagnosis after 32 gestational week. The treatments in the two groups were the same ; the incidence rate of complications and fetal situa- tions in the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence rate of complications in group A ( 13.33% ) was statistically significantly lower than that in group B (43.33%) (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the incidence rates of fetal malformations, premature infants and stillbirth in group A were 3.33% , 3.33% and 6. 67%, respectively, which were statistically significantly lower than those in group B (30.00% , 40. 00% and 34. 00% ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The patients with GDM should be treated as soon as possible to ensure the safety and health of themselves as well as their fetus.
