光学相干断层成像技术在冠心病临界病变中的应用 被引量:5

Application of optical coherence tomography in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease patients with borderline lesions

摘要 光学相干断层成像技术(optical coherence tomography,OCT)对血管微细结构的识别能力,使其作为一种重要的新型影像学技术应用于冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)的介入诊疗过程中。其对协助医生诊断冠状动脉临界病变、识别易损斑块、制定治疗策略、评估介入手术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)疗效等多方面均有重要参考价值,因此成为近年来研究的热点。本文将简述光学相干断层成像技术近年来的研究成果。 Optical coherence tomography(OCT)has the discrimination ability of vascular microstructure,and is used as an important new imaging techniques for the intervention diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. OCT has important refer-ence value in helping doctors diagnose coronary heart borderline lesion,identifing the vulnerable plaques,making treatment strat-egy,evaluating the effect of PCT,which is becoming a research highlights in recent years. This article will sketch the research results of optical tomography imaging technology in recent years.
