第三磨牙在口腔治疗中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 当第一或第二磨牙严重病损时,第三磨牙在口腔治疗中发挥重要作用。我们将严重病损的第一或第二磨牙拔除,再利用正畸矫治的方法将不同程度阻生的第三磨牙近中及直立移动,排入牙列,使之发挥磨牙咀嚼功能。阻生第三磨牙均成功排入牙列,建立咬合关系,最大限度地恢复了自体牙列完整与咬合功能。 The third molar plays an important role when the first or second molar has severe lesions in dental treatment. We extracted the first or second molars which had severe lesions. Then through orthodontic treament, a total of 55 third molars in 29 cases impacted in different degrees were moved to fit in the dentition in order to play its role in chewing. The result showed that all the 55 impacted third molars were successfully fitted in the dentition, occlusion established, and the dentition completeness and occlusion function were recovered to the largest extent.
