摘要
采用问卷法和访谈法以一所部属师范大学首届免费师范生和用人单位为调研对象,通过对调研结果进行量化与质化分析,探究当前免费师范生就业与政策执行现状及其存在问题,并从政府、高校、用人单位、学生四个层面提出一系列建议对策,以期为国家完善免费师范生就业政策,解决免费师范生在就业工作中存在的一些现实问题提供参考依据。
This essay is based on the questionnaire and interviews among the first tuition-free graduates in a university directly under the Ministry of Education and their employers. Through quantitative and qualitative analyses of the survey results, this essay explores the situation with implementation of the first tuition-free normal students＇ employment and relevant policy enforcement. With regards to problems that have been found in the survey, it endeavors to provide a series of suggestions concerning the government, colleges and universities, employers for the purpose of improving tuition-free normal students employment and solve problems that arise in this issue.
