院前院内急救无缝连接模式对急性心肌梗死的急救效果评价 被引量：3

摘要 近年来冠心病的发生率在我国呈上升趋势，而急性心肌梗死（ AMI）的发病率也呈上升的趋势。早期快速地开通梗死的相关动脉，对挽救存活心肌，降低严重并发症起到至关重要的作用。上海市医疗急救中心与上海市第十人民医院（简称十院）于2011年2月开始探索实施院前院内急救无缝连接的新模式，即120-CCU模式，期望通过信息网络化功能将120急救与院内专科急救相结合，建立事件发生地到医院急救中心的网络信息双向传输系统，提高危重症的救治率。现就采用120-CCU模式治疗AMI的结果报告如下。
