摘要
FrancoArchibugi的《Theecologicalcityandthecityeffect》一书认为以往对城市发展施加给区域环境质量的影响未能予以足够的重视 ,在解决环境问题时存在着偏重于技术的方法而不是整体性的方法的偏差。
The book The Ecological City and the City Effect written by Franco Archibugi points out that urban development impact on the regional environment has been paid not enough attention. Research always lay particular stress on the technological method, not the integral methods. The book makes methodological discussion on the Eco city and the planning methods.
