摘要 分析了摩托车后轮毂的结构特点,计算了压力铸造浇注系统的工艺参数,应用Flow-3D软件对金属液在不同浇注系统结构中的充填过程进行数值模拟。结果表明,采用单横浇道和单内浇口的浇注系统,会导致制件最终温度场不均匀,且在轴孔处聚集较大面积的氧化夹杂物;采用双横浇道和双内浇口,从轮毂的两个凸缘同时充填,可以保证零件的完整成型,且制件温度场均匀,避免产生氧化夹杂物,生产的摩托车后轮毂可满足质量要求。 The structure characteristics of motorcycle back wheel hub was analyzed and gating system parameters of die-casting were calculated, the Flow-3D software was employed to simulate the liquid metal filling with different gating system structure. The results show that the temperature field was inhomogeneous and oxide massed in the axis hole area with single runner and single ingate. However, with the optimized gating system including double runner and ingate on flanges of hub, the part was forming completely, the temperature field was uniform, and surface defect caused by oxide was avoided. Practice shows that the optimized gating system could manufacture qualified motorcycle wheel hub.
