摘要
本文基于冬奥会的规模和门票销售的基本情况,探讨了冬奥会及其门票销售的基本趋势,从与门票销售过程密切相关的国际奥委会、奥运会组委会和观众等3个方面,全面、系统、深入地分析了3方面在门票销售过程中各自获得的收益、面临的风险,以及风险管理的原则与措施,目的是保证冬奥会门票的顺利发售,使得大量的观众能够到现场观看比赛,以及通过门票的发售获得巨大的经济收入,支持冬奥会的成功举办,减少举办城市的经济压力,进而推动奥林匹克运动的可持续发展,为中国今后举办其他大型体育赛事,特别是冬奥会,在门票销售方面提供可资借鉴的理论依据。
Based on circumstance about the scale and ticket sales of Olympic Winter Games, this article explores the tendency about the sales of tickets during Olympic Winter Games. It systematically and profoundly analyses as three aspects closely related to ticket sales, how IOC,OCOG and audiences respectively obtain income and are faced with risk. It also thoroughly elaborates their principles and measures of risk management in process of ticket sales which aims to make sure that tickets sold smoothly bring large numbers audiences to the venue watching matches and to obtain huge income for supporting that Olympic Winter Games can be successfully hold which, in turn, decreases the burden of host city and promotes sustainable development of Olympic Movement. This article is valuable serving as reference and theoretical evidence for China in the hosting mega sports in future, particularly the ticket sales during Olympic Winter Games.
