摘要
针对青少年课外体育锻炼水平低下这一现状,本研究以基本心理需要理论为基础,采用体育自主性支持、运动基本心理需要、Godin的课外体育锻炼3个量表对664名青少年进行抽样调查,试图构建促进青少年参加课外体育锻炼的路径模型。结果表明,(1)自主性支持、三种基本心理需要、课外锻炼两两变量间存有正相关;(2)自主性支持、三种基本心理需要均可正向预测课外锻炼,但三种基本需要的地位不一,自主需要对课外锻炼的预测能力最强。(3)结构方程模型显示,自主需要在自主性支持与课外锻炼间起完全中介作用,而能力需要和关系需要不起任何中介作用。
In view of the low level of adolescents' sports training, this research is based on the basic psychological needs theory, by using the scale of perceived autonomy support: sport climate questionnaire, the basic psychological needs in exercise scale and Godin leisure time exercise questionnaire to investigated 664 adolescents, trying to build for the path model of adolescents participation in leisure time physical exercise. The results are as follows: ( 1 ) There is positive correlation among the autonomy support and the basic psychological needs{ include the autonomy need, competence need as well as relatedness need) and leisure time exercise. (2) Autonomy support and the three basic psychological needs can predict leisure time exercise, the role of each psychological need is different, autonomy need is the strongest predictor of leisure time exercise, (3) The results of structural equation modeling shows that: the autonomy need plays fully mediated role in the autonomy support and leisure time exercise, while the competence need and relatedness need have not mediating effects.
