西北地区糯玉米自交系遗传多样性研究 被引量:5

Genetic Diversity of Waxy Corn Inbred Lines in Northwest China

摘要 采用32对SSR引物对西北地区的40份糯玉米的遗传多样性进行分析,研究西北地区糯玉米种质资源的遗传多样性。结果表明,供试材料中检测出152个等位基因变异,每对引物可检测等位基因2~9个,平均4.75个。SSR的引物的PIC值介于0.303.0.862之间,平均多态性信息量为0.632。聚类分析表明,在遗传相似性系数(GS)0.662水平上40个自交系可聚成5类,主坐标分析将其分为4类9组。2种分类方法获得的结果基本吻合,主坐标分析能更为真实反映40个糯玉米自交系间的亲缘关系。 The genetic diversity of 40 waxy corn inbred lines in Northwest China was analyzed by 32 simple se- quence repeats(SSR) marks. The results showed that the SSR primers giving stable amplified band pattern detected 152 alleles among the lines tested. The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 4.75 with a range from 2-9. The value of polymorphism information content(PIC) for each SSR locus varied from 0.303 to 0.862 with average of 0.632. Forty inbred lines were classified into 5 groups at the level of GS=0.662 by cluster analysis, while 4 groups and 9 sub- groups could be sorted by principal coordinate analysis. The results from systematic cluster analysis and principal co- ordinate analysis were similar. However, more authentic genetic relationship among the 40 waxy corn inbred lines va- rieties could be provided by the principal coordinate analysis.
