后路非融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 交通事故与高处坠落伤,常合并胸腰椎骨折。对压缩性骨折,于复位后融合骨折椎与其上位椎,对爆裂性骨折,视其上位或下位椎间盘破坏而定,融合骨折椎与椎间盘损伤的邻位椎。但融合内固定术后所导致的并发症,如长期顽固性腰痛、腰椎活动受限及融合椎体邻近节段退变等越来越受到人们的重视,因此非融合内固定术被越来越多的学者所提倡。非融合内固定术面临椎体高度和角度丢失的问题,且破入椎体内的已损伤的椎间盘是一个潜在的不稳定因素。本文主要综述非融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的优缺点,探讨适应证及其有待进一步研究的方向。
