摘要
地铁暗挖法车站具有断面大、导洞多、工序复杂、施工难度大等特点,施工对道路沉降的影响也远大于其他工法。目前大部分设计只提供总沉降控制值,没有明确各施工工序的分解沉降控制值,有些设计虽然给出各工序沉降分解控制值,但分解的控制值不合理,对现场施工起不到指导作用。为有效控制车站施工对道路及管线沉降的影响,通过分析北京地铁7号线工程广安门内站的第三方监测数据,总结暗挖车站上方道路的沉降规律,分析产生沉降原因,提出各阶段的沉降控制值和控制措施,以期为以后暗挖车站的沉降控制提供借鉴和指导。
With a large section, more pilot tunnels, complex process, more difficulties of the construction, subsurface excavation method exerts much greater influence on road settlement than other methods. At present, most of the designs provide only a general settlement control value, and there is no clear settlement control value of every procedure. Although some designs provide the settlement control value of every procedure, the settlement control value is unreasonable and it can not guide the construction. To effectively control the settlement influence on roads and pipelines of the station construction, through the analysis of monitoring data of the third party during Guanganmen Station construction, Beijing Metro Line 7, the paper summarizes the settlement rules of the roads above the excavation station, analyzes the reasons of the settlement, and provides the control values and control measures of every procedure, which will provide references and guidance for the future settlement control of metro station.
