摘要
目的:通过建立肺癌恶病质小鼠模型,探讨益气养阴中药对提高癌症小鼠机体免疫功能及改善恶病质状态的效果。方法:将60只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为2大组(A组及B组),每大组分为健康对照组(NC)、甲羟基孕酮组(MPA)、低剂量中药治疗组(LTCM)、中剂量中药治疗组(MTCM)、高剂量中药治疗组(HTCM)以及模型对照组(NS)等6个亚组,每组6只小鼠,A组用于观察相关实验指标,B组30只按A组方式进行分组,用于观察生存时间。观察益气养阴中药对小鼠机体免疫功能、恶病质状态及生存时间影响。结果:与NS组相比,各治疗组小鼠用药后体重出现不同程度的增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与MPA及NS组相比,MTCM组小鼠治疗后血脂水平显著下降(P<0.05),且与NC组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TCM各剂量组中位生存时间显著优于NS及MPA组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。与各实验组相比,MTCM组用药后IL-2、IFN-γ显著上升,而IL-4、IL-10、显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴中药能有效调节小鼠机体免疫功能,消除炎症因子,改善小鼠血脂水平及营养状况。
Objective ： To establish the lung cancer mice model to explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin medicine to im- prove the immune function in mice of cancer cachexia. Methods ： 60 （C57BL/6） mice were randomly divided into two large groups （A group and B group）, and each group were divided into large healthy control group （NC）, hydroxyl progesterone group （ MPA）, low - dose treatment group （ LTCM ）, medium - dose treatment group （ MTCM ）, high - dose treatment group （HTCM） and model group （NS） and six mice in each group. A group was for observing indicators and group B was divided by way of group A to observe the survival time. The effect of Yiqi Yangyin herbs on immune function of mice and cachexia status and survival time was observed. Results ： Compared with NS group, the treated mice after treatment had varying degrees increase of body weight and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the MPA and the NS group, MTCM lipid levels in mice after treatment were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05） ,and compared with NC group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Among the TCM groups,the median survival time was significantly better than that of the NS and the MPA groups, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the experimental group, in MTCM group after treatment, IL -2 and IFN -γ were increased significantly,while IL-4 and IL- 10 were significantly decreased and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Yangyin medicine can effectively regulate immune function of mice, eliminate the inflammatory factors and improve the blood lipid levels and nutritional status in mice.
