摘要
目的:通过针刺董氏奇穴配合刺血法治疗急性腰扭伤,探讨其临床推广价值?方法:依次针刺二角明穴?中白穴,?腰部阿是穴用三棱针点刺放血后拔以火罐,天柱穴点刺放血结果:36例患者中,治愈31例,好转者5例,总有效率达100%?结论:针刺董氏奇穴配合刺血法治疗急性腰扭伤效果显著,治愈率高,值得临床推广?
Objective：Through acupuncture Dongshi Qi points plus bloodletting method on treating acute lumbar sprain to explore the clinical value of it. Methods： Followed by using three edged needle acupuncture bloodletting on Erjiaoming point, Zhongbai point, waist Ashi point, and given cupping jar after acupuncture. Tianzhu point was given acupuncture bloodletting. Results：In 36 patients, 31 cases were cured, improved in 5 cases, the total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： Acupuncture Dongshi Qi points plus bloodletting method is effective on treating acute lumbar sprain, with high cure rate, worthy of promotion.
