摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、特尔菲法、数理统计法、层次分析法等对"健康促进工程"视野下上海市高校公共体育教学评价进行研究,评价方案的一级指标包括保障机制建设等5项;二级指标由规章制度等21项指标组成。对6所高校评价结果显示:健康促进工程的启动较慢,体育场馆设施缺乏,校本课程的开发不够,早操、体育课外活动的监督机制不健全,学生体质健康监测的认真程度不够,教师的业务水平和责任心有待提高。
Using the ways of literature study, expert interview, Delphi, statistics and AHP, the author studied the physicaleducation teaching evaluation in the universities of Shanghai from the angle of “Health Promotion Project”. Thereare 5 first-grade indexes in the evaluation plan, including construction of the security mechanism. And there are 21second-grade indexes, including rules and regulations. The result of the evaluation in 6 universities shows that the startof the Health Promotion Project is slow. There are not enough sports facilities. The development of the curriculum isinsufficient. The supervision mechanism for morning exercise and extracurricular activities is imperfect. The level ofseriousness in monitoring students’ fitness is not high. The professional level and responsibility of the teachers need tobe improved further.
