摘要 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)近年受到了人们广泛关注,其在维持机体免疫耐受和免疫应答稳态方面具有非常重要的作用。Treg细胞数量、抑制功能和/或细胞表面分子表达的改变可能导致感染性疾病的发生。在感染性疾病中,Treg可以抑制免疫反应,导致病原菌的繁殖和播散;但同时它也抑制了炎症反应对机体的损伤。因此,对Treg的作用趋利避害能有效地保护机体免受病原菌的损害。 CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T (Treg) cell, indispensable for the maintenance of immunological serf- tolerance and immune homeostasis, has received growing attention in recent years. The changes in the number, suppressive function and (or) the expression of cell surface molecules of the Treg cells might cause the development of infectious diseases. In infectious diseases, Treg cells can inhibit immunological responses which would facilitate multipli-cation and dissemination of pathogen, but they can limit inflammatory damage to the tissue simultaneously. Accordingly, drawing on advantages and avoiding disadvantages of Treg cells could effectively protect the body organism from been harmed by pathogens.
