摘要
果酸是一系列α位含有羟基的羧酸的统称。果酸的分子结构简单,分子量小,分子中含有多个羟基;因此水溶性好,具有强渗透性,能够穿过角质层被皮肤吸收,促进表皮细胞的新陈代谢,消除皮肤皱纹,保持皮肤的湿润。本文对果酸的种类、作用及在皮肤科与化妆品的应用等进行了综述。
Fruit acid is the common name of a series of carboxylic acid with hydroxy in α-position. Fruit acid has good water-solubility and strong permeability because of simple molecular structure, small molecular weight and much hydroxy, so it can be easily absorbed by skin through the stratum comeum. Fruit acid can promote metabolism of epidermal cell, diminish the appearance of fine lines and maintain the proper moisture of skin. In this paper, the species, effects and application accompany with cosmetics in dermatology of fruit acid were summarized.
