摘要
为了有利于白车身焊装工艺知识的共享和重用,把本体思想引入知识表示中。根据白车身焊装工艺的特点,将焊装领域本体分为零件特征本体、装配特征本体和制造资源本体,分别建立本体树。采用概念、关系、属性、规则和实例五元素对这三类领域本体进行定义,并对定义进行形式化描述。通过实例给出了零件特征信息的本体表示。
To share and reuse the Body-In-White( BIW) welding and assembling process knowledge ,the ontology is introduced to represent knowledge .According to the characteristics of BIW welding and assembling process ,domain ontology is classified into part feature subontology ,manufacturing resource subontology and assembling feature subontology ,and three ontological trees are constructed respectively.Concepts,relationships,attributes,rules and samples of domain ontology are defined and described .A case of part feature representation by ontology is analyzed .
