摘要
以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、三缩丙二醇丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)、光引发剂184和乙酸乙酯为主要原料,采用紫外光固化方法制备聚氨酯膜,对膜材料的耐日晒、耐磨性、吸水及溶失性能进行了分析,借助红外光谱、热重分析对膜结构与性能进行了表征;同时考察了该光固化方法在棉织物整理中的应用效果,对涂层试样的表面形态(SEM)、耐水性及断裂强力等进行了分析。结果表明,光固化膜在300℃以下结构稳定,有较好的耐日晒和耐磨性,吸水性较低,耐溶失性较好,经光固化涂层整理的棉织物表面接触角达128.6°,织物防水性和断裂强力均优于未处理棉织物。
Preparation of polyurethane film based on UV light-curing reaction was carried out using polyurethane acrylate,tri-propylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA),Darocure 184 and ethyl acetate as raw materials.The properties of the UV-cured film were analyzed,including sunlight resistance,wear resistance,water absorption and solubility.The structure and performance of the film were also characterized by using FT-IR and TGA.The characteristics of surface morphology,contact angle and tensile strength of the fabric coated with the film were measured using SEM and other test instruments.The results indicated that the UV-curing method imparted satisfactory properties to the polyurethane film,such as stability of structure below 300 ℃,acceptable fastness to sunlight and abrasion resistance,low water absorption and solubility.The contact angle for the coated cotton fabric reached 128.6° after UVcured reaction,meanwhile,waterproofness and tensile strength were noticeably better as compared with those of the blank.
