摘要
为提高针梳机导条机构的设计效率,采用MAPLE的计算和动态图形功能进行运动设计和仿真分析。设计结果表明:有效地获得了符合要求的机构运动彷真以及反映机构输出速度和加速度的变化规律,并且通过改变椭圆齿轮的偏心率实现较为理想的机构运动状态,从而满足输送毛条对导条机构的使用要求。可以认为,设计和运动分析过程避免了繁琐的做图法或解析法,分析过程简捷高效,这种方法对于其他各种机构的运动分析具有普遍的适用性。
The motion design and simulation analysis are carried out by applying the calculative and graphic function of MAPLE to the ellipse gear-sine mechanism that is used usually in sliver guide mechanism of wool spinning gilling machine,so as to meet requirements of uniform motion of silver guiding.The design results indicated that the change rule that satisfies the mechanism simulation and reflects the output speed and acceleration is obtained.At the same time,a more ideal motional state is realized by modifying the eccentricity of an ellipse gear,so that the requirement of sliver transport on the sliver guide mechmism is met.It can be seen that this method which aviods the complicated graphic representation or explanatory method,and is fast,simple and effective.This analytical method has good applicability to motion analysis of other mechanisms.
