摘要
从能量平衡角度出发,以均聚聚丙烯生产过程中的典型操作数据为基础,对300 kt/a Innovene气相法工艺聚丙烯装置第一反应单元、第二反应单元、粉料转移单元和原料精制单元的能耗进行理论计算,通过对比装置的设计能耗,找出了高耗能点并提出相应的节能措施。
It was made that the theoretical calculation of energy consuming in section of first reaction, second reaction, powder transfer and raw materials purified of Innovene technology of gas-phase poly- merization plant for propylene, 300 kt/a, with typical operating data in the production process of homo- polypropylene as the basis according to criterion of energy balance; the feasible energy saving measures were put forward by making a comparison between the energy consuming of above calculation result and the design numerical value, the primary energy consuming section found out.
