摘要
基于起重机曲线脱轨量计算理论,提出了一种发射平台轨道曲线通过性计算方法。该方法同时考虑了内侧和外侧轨道以及导向轮对行走装置的影响,以发射平台在曲线轨道上的活动间隙来判定其曲线通过性。针对行走装置设计中遇到的问题,如车轮踏面宽度、垂直回转级数、导向轮、轨道修正等,进行了对比分析,为大型活动发射平台行走装置的设计和试验调试奠定了理论基础,并为同类型的起重机械行走装置的研制提供了参考。
A calculation method for trafficability of launching platform on curved track is advanced based on calculation theory of crane derailing on curved track. Influence of inside and outside tracks, guiding wheel, on traveling mechanisms considered in this method. Moving clearance of platform on tracks is used to verify the trafficability on curved track. Some difficulties that occurred during design of the traveling mechanism are analyzed, such as influence of wheel profile width, grade number of vertical turn, guiding wheel and track correction on trafficability. A base work is established for design and testing of traveling mechanism of large launch vehicle launching platform, which can be used as reference for design of same-type crane traveling mechanism.
