摘要
本文综述了一种新型的膜分离技术——超滤技术在果蔬汁饮料加工、茶饮料加工及乳品加工等实际生产中的应用。并简单介绍了超滤技术应用于中药成分的提取和精制过程。由于超滤技术具有在低温下操作、无相变、能较好地保持汁液风味及营养成分、降低能耗等优点,使其在食品行业中的应用不断扩大,应用前景广阔。
A new type of membrane separation teehnology-ultra filtration technology was descrihed. Application and some problems in practical aspects of production and storage of fruit and vegetable juice, tea process and dairy, process were presented. And application of nhra-fihration technology in Chinese medicine extraction and refining process was briefly introduced. As ultra-filtration technology had many advantages, such as low temperature operation, without phase-change, juice flavor and nutrients retention, low energy consumption, and so on. Therefore, it has a broad prospect in tbod industry.
