高亲和力IgE受体、β亚单位与特应性体质 被引量:1

摘要 高亲和力IgE受体具有抗寄生虫感染、介导过敏反应及抗原提呈的生物学功能。高亲和力IgE受体β链是一个结构上的信号放大器,所以有众多β基因上的多态位点被发现与特应性体质相关。现代分子生物学技术和理论的应用为解开特应性体质这个谜向前迈了一步。
