锰神经毒性及其潜在效应标志物研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 锰是正常生长、发育及细胞稳态所必需的微量元素之一,是在骨骼形成、脂肪代谢、碳水化合物代谢、血糖调整及钙的吸收中起重要作用。长期高水平的锰暴露可使锰在体内过量蓄积,对大脑、肝脏、肾脏等造成严重的危害,其中以对大脑神经系统的危害最为突出,过量的锰在脑组织蓄积,可引起类似帕金森综合征的神经退行性疾病。本文就锰致神经系统毒性机制及锰暴露潜在效应标志物PARK2基因表达产物研究进展做一综述。
