摘要 目的建立一种离子对高效液相色谱方法,简便、快速检测减肥类保健食品中左旋肉碱含量。方法采用ODS柱进行分离,以40mmol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液-乙腈(95:5)(含0.1%己烷磺酸钠,用0.1mol/L盐酸调节pH值至2.6)为流动相,流速:0.8mL/min,检测波长:220nm定量管进样20μL。结果在20-200μg/mL的浓度范围内,峰面积与进样浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,加样回收率为98.5%,峰面积和保留时间日内精密度RSD分别为1.7%、0.9%;日间精密度RSD分别为3.8%、1.2%。结论方法简便、快速,可用于含左旋肉碱保健食品的含量检测。 Objective To establish a convenient and rapid method to determine L-carnitine in slimming health products by ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods An ODS column was used for separation, with 40 mmol potassium phosphate monobasic solution-acetonitrile (95:5 ) (containing 0.1% sodium hexanesulfonate, adjusted to pH2.6 with 0.1 mol/L hydrochloride acid solution) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min, and detect wavelength was 220 nm. Results A good linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 20-200μg/mL, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The spiked recovery was 98.5%. The intra-day RSDs of peak area and retention time were 1.7% and 0.9%, and inter-day RSDs were 3.8% and 1.2% respectively. Conclusion The method is convenient and rapid for the analysis of L-carnitine in slimming health products.
