摘要
采用HPLC法测定断血流片,断血流颗粒中风轮菜皂甙A的含量,该法用中性氧化铝柱,正丁醇萃取对样品进行前处理,以SOD柱为分析柱,甲醇—水(85:15)为流动相,检测波长为252nm。实验表明,本方法线性关系良好,γ=0.99997,平均回收率为 98.2％,RSD=1.38％。
A method for the determination of clinodiside A in Tabellae Clinopodii and Herba Clinopodii Granule by HPLG w.as described. The sample was pretreated with alumina column and extracted with n-butanol. A ODS column was used for analysis and methanol-water (85 : 15) as mobile phase.Samples were detected at 252nm. The linearity was excellent and the average recovery was 98. 2%,RSD = 1.38%.
