摘要
1949年以来,中国广大农村地区的"高音喇叭"是国家动员、政策宣传的主要媒介。利用其受众面广、没有文字障碍等优势,国家将声音传播至广袤的边远地区,协助权力中心控制、管理疆域之内的每一个角落。然而,随着改革的到来,国家权力逐渐从农村事务中隐退,市场经济的力量抢占了国家原先占据的社会空间。高音喇叭则转变成农业经纪人播送市场信息、打击竞争对手、规训菜农们的工具。也就是说,高音喇叭的扮演角色已然转向:从过去的国家权力隐喻转变为以利益为导向的市场力量。在这两者的进退中,明村村民焦虑而惶恐地应对现实世界。他们借助集体化时代的文化记忆,为自己生存空间和历史存在感而挣扎着。本文运用人类学的田野考察法,以高音喇叭的变革作为切入点,深入该村访问村民、村干部和农业经纪人,从而了解了半个多世纪以来中国农村政治经济的变迁历程。
Since1949,the tweeter has been the main medium of national mobilization and policy advocacy in Chi-na's rural inland. Taking advantage of the tweeter's wide audience and no text reading obstacles,the state extend-ed its power to rural areas and controlled every corner within this country. However,with the advent of the re-form,the state power gradually retreated from the rural affairs. The market economy seized the social space previ-ously occupied by the state. The tweeter has become a tool of the agricultural broker for broadcasting the marketinformation,curbing competitors and disciplining farmers. In other words,the tweeter has already shifted its rolefrom the state power metaphor to an interest-oriented market force. In this case,the Ming villagers were anxiousand fearful to deal with the real world. Therefore,they struggled for their own living space and historical presencewith cultural memory,which came from the collectivization era. With the ethnographical approach focusing on thechange of tweeter,the paper examined the process of political and economic changes in rural China for more thanhalf a century.
