摘要 选择水溶性的离子液体1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([OMIM]BF4)对甲磺酸多沙唑嗪进行萃取,利用荧光分光光度法测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪的含量。方法线性范围为0.01~172ng/mL,检测限为0.0032ng/mL。该方法可运用于药物制剂及尿样中甲磺酸多沙唑嗪的测定,其回收率分别为99.6%和95.8%~99.7%。 Ionic liquid is environmentally friendly as an alternative to organic solvents during extraction, which has some unique physical and chemical properties. This paper studies the extraction of the doxazosin mesylate in aqueous phase using 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Omim]BF4) as extraction solvent. The method is simple, rapid, inexpensive, sensitivity and reliable. Under optimized conditions, the fluorescence intensity of doxazosin mesylate is proportional to the concentration in the range of 0.01 ng/mL-172 ng/ mL,and the detection limit is 0.0032 ng/mL. Therefore,an efficient fluorescence spectrophotometry method for the determination of doxazosin mesylate is established.
