摘要
选取农业投入等32个观测变量、食物生产要素等5个潜变量,构建江西贫困县农户食物安全影响结构方程概念模型。旨在反映变量之间真实关系,揭示江西贫困县农户食物安全影响效应传导规律与演变机理,探讨贫困县农户食物安全可持续发展战略,丰富微观食物安全理论。
A structural equation model will be built, which can reflect the coupling relationship of variables in these counties in Jiangxi Province. 32 observed variables will be selected in the model, including agricultural input, the proportion of agricultural labor force, Engel coefficient, drinking-water quality, and per capita grain possession. Also, food production factor, household's human capital, household's economic features, village environment and household's food security will be selected as latent variables. Base on the struc- tural equation model, to reveal the effect, law of conduction and evolution mechanism of peasant household' s food security in povertystricken counties of China. The implementation of the project will be conducive to develop theory of microcosmic food safety, and provide a firm foundation for sustainable development strategy in povertystricken counties.
