摘要
设计一种具有梳理功能的抛掷式多功能自动切菜机,该机由动力机构、梳理机构、压紧机构和切削机构等部分组成。针对横刀率和连刀率两个方面产生的原因进行分析,对多功能自动切菜机压紧机构进行改进,增设梳理机构。为了提高切菜机的自动化水平,控制系统采用可编程控制器和触摸屏控制,并对程序设计、端口分配进行了论述。验证实验表明:该机切实提高了切菜的质量。
A kind of carding functional and throwing type multifunctional and automatic machine of cutting vegetables was designed. The machine was composed of a power mechanism, a combing mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a cutting mechanism. The reason for the cross rate and even a knife rate two aspects analyzed the pressing mechanism, and the muhi function automatic cutting machine was improved, with a carding mechanism. In order to improve the level of automation cutting machine, control system used a programmable controller and touch screen control, and in the program design, port assignments were discussed. The experiments showed that the machine could improve the cutting quality.
