摘要
为提高油膜轴承的使用寿命,根据油膜轴承的工作原理,利用油膜轴承最小油膜厚度的公式分析影响最小油膜厚度的因素;同时介绍精轧机润滑系统各元件的设置和润滑系统的污染控制措施。通过对精轧机润滑系统的维护来保证润滑油的质量,以满足油膜轴承对油温、油压、油品清洁度、油品含水量的要求,从而可延长油膜轴承的使用寿命。并列举了典型的事故案例从实际证明了润滑系统对油膜轴承的使用寿命的影响。
In order to improve the service life of oil film bearing, according to the working principle of the oil film bearing, by usingthe formula of minimum film thickness of the bearing, the influence factor of the minimum film thickness was analyzed. The settings of thelubrication system components of the finishing mill were introduced, and the contamination control measures of lubrication system were pro-posed. By controlling the lubricating nil quality through the maintenance of the finishing mill lubrication system to meet the requirements ofthe oil film bearing on oil temperature, oil pressure, oil cleanliness and oil water content, the service life of the oil film bearing can be extended. Typical accident cases were listed to prove the influence of lubrication system on the service life of the oil film bearing.
