摘要
我国工程造价行业发展水平与当前世界发展水平的差距主要体现在造价管理信息化、精细化等方面。BIM技术的发展和应用将为造价管理带来巨大的变化。研究BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用原理,探讨其作为造价管理平台的技术可行性和实现路径,并提出一些建议。
There has been a gap between the development of engineering cost in China and that of world economy, which is embodied in the informationization and refinement of relative management. Now the cost management will benefi t a lot from the application and development of BIM-based technology. In this paper, the application principle of BIM-based technology in the cost management of engineering construction is studied. The feasibility and realization of the application of this technology in cost management is also discussed. Therefore, some suggestions are proposed.
