摘要
为了改善纸张的湿强度,需添加湿强剂。本文考察了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甘油酯聚合物(PGS)对纸张干湿强度的影响,结果表明:PGS与纤维形成偶合键,可增强纸张的物理性能;与羟基和羧基等含有活性氢的基团反应形成交联物,可改善纸张的干、湿抗张强度;PGS和PAAM配合使用,PGS对纸张干、湿抗张强度的改善具有良好的效果。
The strength of paper will be significantly reduced when paper contracts with water, in order to improve the strength of the paper, we need to add wet strength agent.This paper examined glycidyl methacrylate-styrene polymer (PGS) impact on paper wet strength, the results showed that: PGS and fiber coupling bond can enhance the physical properties of paper; groups reacted with hydroxyl and carboxyl containing active hydrogen to form cross-finked can improve dry and wet strength of paper; PGS and PAAM used together, PGS has a good effect on the improvement of paper wet strength.
