摘要
内镜下逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)是确诊胆管结石的最佳方法。十二指肠乳头约肌切开术(EST)是在ERCP基础上发展而来的一项安全有效的诊疗技术。本文对2012年2月-2013年2月行ERCP和EST的60例患者的护理体会进行回顾性分析,并对术前、术后和并发症的护理方法进行了总结与讨论。
Endoscopic retrograde chotangiopancreatography （ERCP） is an optimal approach to confirm calculus of bile duct while endoscopic sphincterotomy （EST） is a safe and effective diagnosis and treatment technology developed on the ground of ERCP. This paper analyzes experience on nursing 60 cases of patients undergone ERCP and EST from February 2012 to February 2013 retrospectively, and it summarizes and discusses methods of nursing before and after operation as well as complication nursing.
