摘要
研究气质联用法测定鱼肉中的多氯联苯,采用微波辅助提取-固相萃取净化的方式,探索超声波条件对测定效果的影响。最佳测定条件为:10.0g样品用10毫升的V(正己烷)∶V(丙酮)=1∶1的混合溶液作为萃取溶剂,微波萃取温度设定为100℃,萃取时间为16min。方法的回收率为88.3%-97.8%,相对标准偏差处于4.36%-7.21%之间,可保证样品中4种PCBs残留的定性与定量检测。
Study of GC-MS determination of PCBs in fish by microwave-assisted extraction - SPE clean way to explore the impact on the determination of the effect of ultrasound conditions. Optimum measurement conditions:10.0 g sample with 10 ml of V (n-hexane):V (acetone)=1:1 mixed solution as the extraction solvent, microwave extraction temperature was set at 100 ℃, extraction time was 16 min. Recoveries were 88.3% ~ 97.8%, and the relative standard deviation is between 4.36% ~ 7.21%, to ensure qualitative and quantitative detection of a sample of four PCBs residues.
