摘要
在最适温度和pH条件下考察了4种金属离子Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Pb2+对假单胞菌ZJF08的生长及降解菲能力的影响,并测定了ZJF08对各种金属离子最大耐受浓度。结果表明,除Zn2+对降解菲具有微弱的促进作用外,Cu2+,Ni2+,Pb2+均具有抑制作用。ZJF08在含Cu2+浓度为1 mg/L的平板上无法生长,ZJF08对Zn2+耐受的浓度为16.8 mg/L,对Ni2+的耐受浓度为9.2 mg/L,对Pb2+的耐受浓度为6.7mg/L。
Under the conditions of optimum temperature and pH, four kinds of metal ions including Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Ni^2+、Pb2+ were investigated to determine their different effects on growing ability of Pseudomonas sp. ZJF08 and degradation of phenanthrene. The maximal tolerable concentration of ZJF08 to these metal ions was also measured. Results showed that only Zn^2+ has a weak enhancing effect on degradation of phenanthrene, and Cu^2+, Ni^2+ and Pb^2+ has inhibitory effect. ZJF08 can't grow on the tablet where the concentration of Cu^2+ is 1 mg/L. The maximal tolerable concentration of ZJF08 to Zn^2+ is 16.8 mg/L, to Ni^2++ 9.2 mg/L and to Pb^2+ 6.7 mg/L.
