摘要
本文采用 UVB照射细胞引起细胞氧化损伤的方法 ,观察了海洋硫酸多糖 911的抗氧化活性 ,同时检测了细胞内 Ca2 +浓度的变化。结果表明 ,911能明显地保护细胞免受损伤 ,同时增加细胞内 Ca2 +浓度。推测抗氧化性是
Antioxidant effects of 911, a novel marine polysaccharide,were studied in this paper. Results indicated that 911 at concentrations of 10mg·mL -1 and 100mg·mL -1 significantly protected Hela cell from injury induced by direct exposure to UV B radiation. Furthermore, 911 increase intracellular Ca 2+ concentration. These findings suggested that antioxidant activity exerted by 911 might contribute to enhancement of intracelluar Ca 2+ concentration.
