摘要
CFG桩复合地基是高速公路软基处理中的一种常用方法,不同型式的CFG桩复合地基其作用机理、加固机理、承载及变形是不同的。笔者结合新乡至长垣高速公路的应用情况以及单桩静载荷试验结果,从实用设计方法、施工工艺及质量控制措施以及技术经济比较等方面进行了研究,得到了许多可借鉴的数据。试验结果表明,试验桩的Q^S曲线平缓,无明显陡降段;试验桩的极限承载力均为740kN,设计值为470 kN,满足设计要求。
CFG pile composite foundation a common method in soft ground treatment of highway. Foundation bearing and deformation mechanism, strengthening mechanism of different types of CFG pile composite is different. Combining Xinxiang to Changyuan highway and the application of single pile static load test, the author researched from a practical design method, construction technology and quality control measures and technical and economic comparison and got many lessons.The test results showed that the test pile of the Q ~ S curve flat, no obvious steep fall; Test pile ultimate bearing capacity was 740kN; design value was 470kN, which met the design requirements.
