摘要
结合汽车保险杠模具的开发 ,对保险杠所用的原料和注射机进行了探讨 ,并利用CAE技术对该保险杠浇注系统的传统设计和根据流变学理论提出的优化设计进行了重点模拟分析研究 ,成功地设计出了符合实际生产需要的保险杠浇注系统。以望能为我国模具行业注射模浇注系统的设计提供一种新的设计思想 。
Materials and injection machnines for automobile bumpers were investigated based on the development of moulds for the bumpers. Emphasis was focused on simulation analysis according to traditional design of runners for bumpers by CAE and optimal design by rhelogical theory. Runner systems meeting the requirements of production were designed successfully to provide a new design idea for runner design and promote the application of CAE in injection mold design in our country.
