摘要
目的:分析呼吸内科痰培养阳性率偏低的原因并探讨提高阳性率的改进方法。方法:以随访形式调查呼吸内科的住院患者及其家属和呼吸内科医护人员、检验科相关人员,详细了解痰培养的整个过程。结果:患者及其家属对留痰知识的欠缺;医务人员对痰培养宣教的力度不够,送检不及时并对痰标本未做初筛以及检验方法的陈旧等,是造成痰标本阳性率低的原因。结论:加强痰培养各个环节的监管,提高医生、护士、患者和检验人员的共同参与意识,正确留取合格的痰标本,及时送检,初步筛选,从而提高痰培养阳性的准确率。
Objective：To analyze the reasons of the low positive rate of sputum culture in respiratory department and to explore the methods to improve the positive rate of sputum culture. Methods：To investigating the patients and their families,health care workers in respiratory department and relevant persons in the laboratory should visit the patients, so as to learn more about the whole process of sputum culture. Results：Patients and their families lack the knowledge of keeping sputum, education about sputum culture was not enough by health care workers, not timely submitted the sample without preliminary screening and test methods were backward. These were the reasons why the positive rate of sputum culture was low. Conclusion： The supervision from all aspects about sputum culture, should be strengthened participating consciousness of doctors, nurses, patients and inspectors, should be improved qualified sputum sample, should be left, submitly test sample should be on time with preliminary test.
