摘要
对某电厂600 MW机组选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)装置进行了现场运行优化试验研究。通过对喷氨系统进行优化调整以改善催化剂出口NOx和NH3质量浓度分布,现场试验结果表明:A反应器出口NOx质量浓度分布的均匀性有了明显的提高,其相对标准偏差由46.4%减少到14.8%;NH3与NOx物质的量之比偏差也明显减少,有24个测点(80%)的NH3与NOx物质的量之比在±5%的范围内;相应的,在确保氨逃逸不超标的情况下,脱硝率由77%提高到82%。
This paper studies field operation optimization experiment for selective catalytic reduction device of 600 MW unit in some power plant. By optimized adjustment for ammonia spraying system and improving concentration distribution of NOx and NH3 at the exit of catalyst, it gets a filed experimental result which indicates that uniformity of NOx distribution at A reactor exit is obviously improved and its relative standard error reduces from 46. 4% to 14. 8%. In addition, material quantity relative ratio error of NH3 and NOx is obviously reduced and there are 24 measuring points are in range of ±5%. Accordingly, in premise of ammonia escape not exceeding standard, denitration rate is improved from 77% to 82%.
