摘要
在3.5%NaCl溶液中,用电化学方法测定了未钝化热镀锌层、钝化后烘干θ为270℃、320℃镀锌层的极化曲线;对三种镀层进行96h中性盐雾试验;用扫描电子显微镜对2种钝化膜表面形貌及成分进行分析。结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,钝化镀层耐腐蚀性能明显优于未钝化镀层;烘干温度过高,导致钝化膜开裂严重,镀层耐腐蚀性能降低。
Polarization curves for zinc coating without passivation and zinc coating with passivation dried at 270 ℃ and 320 ℃ were measured by electrochemical measurement in 3.5 % NaC1 solution and 96 h neutral salt spray test were also carried out on these coatings. Surface morphology and composition of the passivation films were investigated by scanning electron microscope. The results revealed that coatings with passivation showed much higher corrosion resistance than those without passivation. Much higher drying temperature would lead to severe cracking of the passivation film and reduce the corrosion resistance.
