摘要
推弹机的作用是把炮弹推入炮膛,推弹机出现故障将直接导致自动装填失败。通过从产品设计和工艺制造等方面对推弹机的故障进行详细分析,研究推弹机零部件的结构和工艺制造方法、精度对推弹机正常工作的影响程度,并提出解决这些故障的具体措施。该分析及其对策不仅提高了装备的可靠性和稳定性,降低了制造成本和维护保养费,也可为车载武器系统的总体设计和部件设计提供技术支持和应用依据。
In certain equipment,the rammer was used to ram the round into the bore of the gun,and the malfunctions of the rammer will result in the failure of autoloading.The malfunctions of the rammer were analyzed in detail according to the product design and manufacturing process etc.,and the main reasons of the malfunctions were found out.Structure and technology manufacturing methods of the rammer parts, influence of the accuracy on rammer proper functioning were researched,and the definite measures to solve these malfunctions were proposed.The analysis and countermeasures can not only increase the reliability and stability of the equipment,decrease the manufacturing costs and maintaining fee,but also provide the technical support and application basis for the overall design and parts design of the vehicle-mounted weapon systems.
