摘要
根据裂解重油大分子对催化剂的要求以及催化剂抗钒、抗镍机理 ,设计研制了一种抗重金属重油催化裂化催化剂LD -4。结果表明 :该催化剂抗钒性能与国内同类催化剂相当 ;当催化剂中镍、钒含量达 50 0 0 μg/g时 ,与对比催化剂相比 ,该催化剂汽油产率增加了 0 .7个百分点 ,干气降低了 0 .6个百分点 ,焦炭降低了 2个百分点 ,汽油、干气与焦炭选择性等均优于对比催化剂。
A kind of heavy metal resistant FCC catalyst was designed for heavy oil cracking based on the mechanism of nickel-vanadium resistant catalyst.The results showed that this catalyst had the similar vanadium resistant ability as that of the same kind of domestic catalyst.When the catayst was contaminated with 5 000 μg/g nickel and 5 000 μg/g vanadium,its gasoline yield increased 0.7%,dry gas decreased 0.6% and coke decreased 2% as compared with those of corresponding catalyst.
