脑钠肽在慢性心力衰竭中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 随着现代人生活习惯的改变和工作压力的增加，慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的发病率越来越高，尤其是年龄大于75岁的老年人，更为常见。据文献报道，CHF 在总人口中的发病率已达0．8％～2．0％，成为导致现代社会人群死亡的重要原因。脑钠肽（BNP）和氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）作为新型心脏标志物，具有较高的敏感性和特异性，日益受到人们的青睐。欧洲心脏病协会（ESC）于2008年将 BNP 和 NT-proBNP作为心力衰竭诊断的有益生物标志物。本文就 BNP 和 NT-proBNP 在慢性心力衰竭中的应用作一综述。
